Futures

MSI’s FUTURES is a creative process built to help our clients learn from the future; enabling new & innovative thinking. We use a series of tools, techniques & interactive workshops to allow companies, brands & individuals to build & refine their strategy.

MSI’s FUTURES scenario learning has demonstrated success at an affiliate and International level, with brand teams, cross functional teams and General Management teams

The philosophy of FUTURES is succinctly summarised using a phrase from Nassim Nicholas Taleb who wrote the book the Black Swan: The impact of the highly improbable. Taleb suggests that “it is better to be broadly right than precisely wrong” and this is what we aim to help our clients achieve – a strategy that is broadly right.

Perhaps you are asking yourself one or more of the following questions:

  • What is the right organisational model fro the future?
  • Should we diversify?
  • How can we better optimise our portfolio?
  • How will new competitors impact our brand success?
  • How do we better interact with emerging customers in the future?
  • How can we leverage in-licensing and partnership moving forward?
  • What are the right ingredients for our plan regardless of future?

If so FUTURES could benefit you, your brand and/or your corporation
