The Roles

We currently looking for consultants at all levels including graduates wishing to embark on a new career in Consulting to the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries
Many of the roles require a balance between team time, client time, billing, delivery and business development. You will be an integral team member defining solutions and managing complex projects with a range of pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare companies, at a global, regional and country level. You will need to quickly develop knowledge and experience across a range of companies, therapy areas and markets; utilising your experience and skillset to formulate appropriate client solutions.

The role requires a balanced ability to:

  • Understand client needs and collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams
  • Conduct research on markets, diseases, products and competitors
  • Perform rigorous analyses to distill and identify valuable insight
  • Think quickly ‘in the moment’ and clearly guide others through their thinking
  • Deliver defendable recommendations in effective presentations

Types of Project

  • Global, regional or local brand and franchise strategy development & review
  • Early product evaluation
  • Launch positioning, planning & go-to-market strategy

Requirements include:


  • Undergraduate degree in science or graduate degree in business or life sciences (highly preferred)
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, problem solving mindset and the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Good organizational or demonstrable project management skills
  • Must have, or quickly develop, effective communication and presentation skills (including PowerPoint)


  • PhD or MBA desirable
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience; candidates with pharma or biotech industry and consulting experience will take priority
  • Holds credible strategic marketing experience that clients would rapidly value
  • Real world familiarity with the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
  • Track record of leading or working within multi-discipline teams, working on a variety of project types
  • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
  • Strong project manager
  • Logical and analytical
  • Excellent communications skill (verbal and written)


  • 10+ years Pharma/ Biotech/ Healthcare company experience with at least 5 in consulting
  • Track record of developing & running a number of long term strategic & operational plans
  • Has worked on Regional and Global project teams
  • Track record of leading multi-discipline teams, working on a variety of project types, building durable client relationships
  • Demonstrable expertise in 2-3 specialist areas e.g. Market Access, Forecasting, Launch Planning
  • Demonstrated success in, and comfort with, business development
  • Strong skill set related to coaching and mentoring staff, on-the-job training, building workplace culture, working across internal centers of excellence
  • Ideally launched several products, or managed a product to expiry with some significant milestones
