The MSI Consultancy is a successful and growing marketing/management consultancy specialising in pharmaceutical and healthcare markets. We work on a global or local basis with a range of clients from Top 10 pharmaceutical companies to smaller niche players, developing solutions in Marketing Strategy, Brand Development, Segmentation, Operational Management and Training.

THE NEED
MARKETING CONSULTANT - The successful candidate will be someone who is confident in his or her own marketing/commercial skills. They are able to use these skills to lead our client's thinking. They can demonstrate a strong track record in a variety of sales and marketing positions. They will have clear views on the different issues the industry faces and best practise approaches to successful sales and marketing. They aspire to bringing fresh thinking to our clients in how they can be more effective at marketing in their organisations.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT – The successful candidate will have a passion for helping managers learn and develop their marketing skills. They will have relevant experience in identifying development needs, designing development/training solutions and then implementing them. Specific experience in on the feet training in marketing excellence programmes is desirable.
In both cases, all round marketing capabilities are required along with strong analytical and problem solving skills. You will also have the skill to develop and present clear, logical approaches plus the ability to think beyond the obvious and thereby identify options for developing true competitive advantage.
UK based but a willingness and ability to travel, in UK, Europe or RoW is important.
