You need to be able to clearly demonstrate:

1. Proven knowledge and experience of the healthcare/ pharmaceutical market
2. Significant service side experience, ideally consultancy, (minimum of 3 years, if you have other commercial experience) with a focus on providing strategic commercial/ marketing direction
3. Demonstrable success in business development in a service business

All round strategic marketing capabilities are required along with strong problem solving and critical thinking skills – the ability to think beyond the obvious. You will also be capable of identifying insights and distilling key issues/ challenges, developing and presenting clear, logical approaches to deliver solutions thereby identifying options for developing true competitive advantage for our clients.

A positive team player who is enthusiastic about a challenge.

UK based but a willingness and ability to travel, in UK, Europe or RoW is important.
