Chris has over 20 years experience in consultancy with the majority specific to brand development, strategic consultancy and marketing training in pharmaceuticals and OTC healthcare worldwide. Before joining MSI, Chris’s background has been in sales and marketing within fast moving consumer goods companies with a focus on customer account management, strategic planning and new product development.

Chris heads up the Brand Services part of the business where the aim is to make good healthcare products into great brands with compelling and valued positionings and messages that differentiate the brand and motivate the user.

Chris’s particular areas of expertise are building winning strategies, creative brand development, workshop development and facilitation, uncovering insights, planning against competitor strategies and marketing excellence training.
