“In 2005 The MSI Consultancy were engaged to develop a state of the art marketing planning software tool (SMART) to embed marketing plans to ensure our planning process –(co-developed with MSI) – was consistently applied and the outputs could be analysed at senior level as well as being useful to Product managers.
